Eleven college students in Louisiana Tech University’s doctoral method in Educational Management have been decided on to present their analysis at the Mid-South Academic Investigation Association’s (MSERA) approaching annual conference.
“Throughout their doctoral courses, these college students have labored to link their coursework and analysis with simple software in our instructional units,” mentioned Dr. Lindsey Keith-Vincent, Affiliate Dean for Analysis, Outreach, and Innovation in the School of Training. “Their shows will exhibit our region the strength of Louisiana Tech’s courses in Instructional Management and how these current and long term leaders will contribute positively to their institutions.”
Quite a few of the displays will make it possible for the students to share their doctoral study and acquire comments that will be valuable as they move forward to the ultimate levels of their tutorial packages.

- Kisha Brown of Bossier Metropolis, Gifted Instruction Trainer with the Bossier Parish University Board. Her presentation is titled “Examining Illustration of Gifted Learners in an City College District From the Lens of Social Funds Concept and Culturally Applicable Leadership.”
- Bethany Ferguson of Minden, Assistant Principal with the Bossier Parish Faculty Board. Her presentation is titled “Impact of Instructional Leader Groups on Instructor-Chief Efficacy.”
- Rebecca Hamm of Rayville, Associate Professor at the University of Louisiana Monroe. Her presentation is titled “Development of a Rubric Utilizing the Modified Delphi Methodology.”
- Lillian Holley of Bossier City, Special Schooling Director for Bossier Parish Faculties. Her presentation is titled “School Leadership Initiatives and the Problems-Based Adoption Model: Measuring the Method of Modify to Promote Fairness, Inclusion, and Diversity for English Language Learners and their People.”
- Courtney Jarrell of Quitman, Executive Director of Innovation and Commercialization at Louisiana Tech College. Her presentation is titled “Institutional and Leadership Elements Connected with Generating Funding for Research.”
- Kasie Mainiero of Shreveport, Child Properly-Being Expert in Caddo Parish Educational facilities. Her presentation is titled “Inviting and Inclusive Procedures As a result of a Lifestyle of Caring: Developing Associations in a Assorted Elementary Faculty. The MSERA function will be held in November in Little Rock, Arkansas.
